Inspired by the relationship between food and landscape. Together with the chef Rebecca Acosta Garcia, from the art and design centre La cuisine, we have designed a monthly workshop based on a hike during which participants collect plants. Then, a recipe is given for preparing this harvest as a snack to regain your energy after the hike.
